Returns Policy

As a small business Mrs Mac’s Santa Sacks have poured countless hours into designing, making and personalising your Santa Sack. We've taken time, care and energy to create a product we truly hope brings joy, excitement and traditions to you and your loved ones for years to come. We trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Faulty Product

a) faulty un-personalised products returned within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for exchange or refunded the full purchase amount.

b) faulty personalised products returned within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for exchange or refunded the full purchase amount.

Products with incorrect spelling

Personalised products with incorrect spelling of names as entered by the purchaser at the time of order will not be refunded or exchanged. Please make sure your spelling is correct before you check out to avoid errors.

Damaged Items

If you come across an unexpected problem with your Santa Sack, please notify us as soon as possible at contactmrsmac@gmail.com.

We will replace damaged products during shipment if photographic proof is provided within 10 days. All replacement decisions are at the discretion of Mrs Mac’s Santa Sacks.  

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cost

Any returns made to Mrs Mac’s Santa Sacks are the cost of the customer and will be charged at Australia Post's rates, based on the item's size/weight and customer's location.
